I am Sabine Doolin,
an internationally experienced strategy consultant working with cultural organisations on strategy and organisational development with a focus on audiences.
My consultancy InsightUnlocked helps museums, galleries, theatres and other cultural organisations to increase their strategic audience focus:
- to better understand their audiences (insight),
- to translate this into clear intentions (strategy), and
- to embed strategies and audience thinking in the organisation (activation),
in order to unlock audience potential for the organisation and relevant outcomes for visitors.
My practice is based on my experience of increasing strategic audience focus at Tate and my previous background of brand marketing, business and organisational development at Procter&Gamble, as well as a mindset of inclusion and human centred design thinking.
I am based in Auckland and work with organisations in New Zealand, Australia and internationally.
