With my consultancy InsightUnlocked I support museums, galleries, theatres and other cultural organisations in increasing their audience focus:

- to articulate their intentions (strategy),
- to embed strategies and audience thinking among staff (activation),
in order to unlock audience potential for the organisation and relevant outcomes for visitors.
My practice is based on my experience of increasing strategic audience focus at Tate and my previous background in branded consumer goods marketing and business development.
